The check-in process is inconvenient, requiring scheduling for arrival!!! Navigating the hotel was difficult due to minimal signage, causing confusion. The lack of enough hangers is a minor frustration that could be easily rectified!!!

The location was incredible in a central area, near to the river, and all the tourist attractions. Friendly and very, very nice staff that liked their guests. The double room was new-fashioned, included a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

Waking up to the charm of Florence was amazing! The room was clean and tidy. The balcony offered fine views, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The kitchenette equipped us for light meals throughout our stay.

The initial check-in process was quite frustrating. We were left waiting outside without proper signage or contact information for assistance. The staff's communication was lacking, leaving us feeling unsupported.

The Standard Double Room was spacious and super comfy with a large bed-perfect. The decor was a cool mix of vintage and modern, and the cleanliness was great. The kitchenette was handy for making simple meals. Our balcony had fine views, ideal for morning coffee! The only hiccup was the check-in process, which could've been smoother.

I enjoyed the convenience of having coffee available in the room, made mornings easier for me. The terrace provided a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. I appreciated the close proximity to cultural sites, allowing me to experience the rich history of the area without much travel.
